Transportable Data Acquisition System

On many occasions, an article that needs to be tested, just can't be moved to a test cell. For those situations Visidaq Solutions offers the transportable Visidaq Model 6400C-T.
This portable data acquisition system packs the full power and features of our rack mounted test cell systems.

The system is equipped with an extra large 17" LCD Display providing real-time data acquisition results a hi 1280 x 1024 pixel resolution. Additionally, internal PCI slots allow the system to be optionally configured with up to two 64 channel high sampling speed ADC boards. Thus a single unit can be operated as two separate and independent 64 channel data acquisition systems.
     This system runs the Visidaq Pro X/rt data acquisition software package. Visidaq Pro X/rt is performance enhancing software designed to handle a wider range of testing operation tasks than any single instrument. Visidaq software assists with sensor signal to engineering unit scaling, 2- point or n-point calibration, storing set-up parameters, providing real-time switchable displays, real-time hard copy, data reduction/conversion and archiving, and report generation. Visidaq systems interconnect to your enterprise's network to allow remote login and displays from PCs and workstations. The acquired data can be transferred to other locations and be imported into software such as Excel®.
    With the Dual Boot option, converted Visidaq LOG files are accessible in the Windows™ directory and can easily be imported into standard software packages such as Microsoft's Excel & Word. No need to carry a separate laptop, the Visidaq 6400C-T can be a dual data acquisition system and a personal computer, all in one.
     Interfacing to sensor signal conditioning is accomplished via one quick release cable for each 64 channel ADC. Connection panels for strain gages and signal conditioning modules for thermocouples, RTDs, 4-20ma current loops, etc. are available.
     Visidaq systems are being used daily in applications such as jet engine performance verification, satellite structures testing, plant monitoring and component testing.
