Warranties and Support Service Hardware Visidaq Solutions, Inc. (VSI) warrants the Visidaq system assembly and keyboard to conform to the applicable published specifications in effect at the time of shipment and to be free from defects in material or manufacture for one year from the date of shipment, when used with recommended VSI equipment and supplies. If any Visidaq system assembly or keyboard proves defective during the warranty period, VSI will either repair the defective Visidaq system assembly or keyboard without charge for parts and labor or provide a replacement in exchange for the defective Visidaq system assembly or keyboard. Software All software products which are licensed by Visidaq Solutions, Inc. (VSI) for use with Visidaq are furnished "as is". However, VSI warrants that at time of delivery the "Software" licensed hereunder will conform substantially to VSI's then applicable published specifications, VSI's sole liability and Licensee's sole remedy under this warranty are limited to VSI providing to Licensee, at no additional price, the services described in VSI's "Software Product Support Service" description for a period of ninety days from the date of acceptance after which such services are available to Licensee on a subscription basis. Software Product Support Service The Visidaq Solutions, Inc. (VSI) "Software Product Support Service" may be purchased by VSI standard software package users and provides product support beyond the original terms of software service. The term of the contract is one year. VSI will make renewal requests in the month preceding the expiration date of the current software support contract.
